Real-time analysis of X social network users' reactions to the Iran's 1403 presidential election debates by NLP

Abstract
Election debates are one of the most important and controversial events of any presidential election period in Iran. In this analysis, based on the opinions of users on X social networks, in specific time periods, from before to after each of the first and second round election debates and based on the topics and hashtags related to each of the honorable candidates of the 14th presidential election cycle . A comprehensive review was conducted regarding the characteristics of the results of all users of published tweets, in very negative, negative, neutral, positive and very positive intervals (from -2 to +2). Also, sets of cognitive operation techniques and methods are used in the fields of face-to-face discussions and debates, investigation and recording of moments. In addition to all this, topics such as the most used words, hashtags and the trend of message dissemination were analyzed and reported. The findings of this research show that the selected debates have undeniable and significant effects on the final results of the elections. These debates play an important role in shaping and stabilizing public attitudes in social networks. Using advanced techniques of natural language usage analysis on social network X data allows us to not only debate the support or opposition of any candidate in different time frames, but also to identify key points and debates. which has the greatest impact on users' attitudes. This study better contributes to the role of debates in the media space and their effects for social and political discussions online and shows how these political events can act quickly and directly affect public attitudes.
